If you started to do workouts together with Fatkiller club and one of your tasks is running, then you shouldn’t skip this exercise just because of winter. You need to press on until you achieve your goal.

You may quickly get bored when running alone, so run with a buddy. Get a friend who also does a routine workout so you can run together to motivate one another.
Remember you are running to lose weight. Keep focused and set up a goal that you want to achieve at the end of a certain period. Setting goals helps you to track changes in your body.
Warm up indoors before you go out to run in the cold. You can run on the spot or do some stretching. This will help you face the cold outside.
When you are running in the cold, you may forget that you body needs water to keep it hydrated. Drink enough water to keep your body hydrated.
